- Employers agree to provide accurate company registration details and genuine job vacancy descriptions.
- Employers shall not post fraudulent, discriminatory, or unlawful employment listings.
- Employers agree to handle applicant profile data ethically and solely for recruitment evaluation.
3. Candidate Responsibilities
- Job seekers agree to provide authentic educational, employment, and identification records.
- Applicants must maintain professional communication during interviews and recruitment stages.
- Users are responsible for keeping their account login credentials confidential and secure.
4. Placement & Replacement Policy
NirmalHire facilitates connections between qualified candidates and employers. Where agreed in specific contractual service agreements, we provide free candidate replacement within 30 days of joining in case of voluntary candidate departure.
5. Intellectual Property & Governing Law
All trademarks, logos, content, interface layouts, and algorithms on NirmalHire are the property of Nirmal Enterprises.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Uttar Pradesh / Maharashtra, India.
